I had a conversation with a friend of mine regarding different churches. He revealed many people's conception of the Catholic Church. For instance, people tend to believe that Catholics believe in Salvation by works, that the idea of having the Pope is wrong.

Seriously, people shouldn't stereotype like this. Catholics do not believe in Salvation by Works. They too believe in Salvation by Faith. Sure, they have certain believes which we think to be un-biblical (and I think so too). But they too are brothers and sisters in Christ, for they too believe that Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life. Just because they rely more heavily on church tradition doesn't condemn them. All of us rely on Traditions, the Bible and the Spirit to different extent (yes we do use traditions). All 3 are used.
